A partner who began her practice at Shin & Kim LLC, handling property crimes such as corporate-executive fraud and breach of trust, along with defamation matters, on both the civil and criminal fronts.
Drawing on experience representing both complainants and the accused, she works with clients to organize the facts early in the investigation and to plan each step of the procedural response in criminal cases involving companies and individuals.
As an Education Fellow at Seoul National University School of Law, she has contributed to training junior lawyers while continuing to sharpen her practical expertise.
