The tax center of Glaw Law Group is a boutique where a small team of attorneys takes a small number of cases. We grow not by advertising, but by the standard of the work itself.
PHILOSOPHY
We argue in writing
'Glaw' layers geul — Korean for writing — over Law, and echoes the Korean adverb meaning 'by this very thing.' A tax dispute is decided not by volume but by the record: a written explanation to the auditor, a petition to the Tribunal, a brief to the court. Every number, every voucher, carried into writing and proven. Hence the name.

How We Work

We tell them apart
At the first consultation we separate what can be contested from what is better accepted, and set out the expected procedure and fees in writing.

We read the numbers with specialists
Together with partner CPAs and tax accountants we review the books and the filings. What accounting reads as fact, the attorney translates into the language of the law.

Every claim carries its evidence
Only arguments that survive the reconstruction of the transaction, the check of books against vouchers, and the review of precedent go into a brief — because every sentence in a brief must hold in court.
